The Entourage has a strong engine, but fuel economy is only average for the class. The transmission shift point calibration isn't as refined as some of the stronger competitors. Handling is above average for this category.
Ride comfort is smooth and well controlled. The driving position accomodates a wide range of drivers. The seats are firm, but the second row cushions feel short and low.
The major controls are complete, thoughtfully placed, and for the most part, easy to figure out. The third-row seat split-folds easily into the floor, with headrests attached. Quite a few features found on this van are either optional or unavailable on others.
In general, the overall look and feel quality of the interior is average. The overall exterior and interior design impression is functional and conservative.
Family Friendly
The Entourage is a well equipped and well executed minivan. Many functional touches appear on the base model.
Cargo Hauler
Because of the split-fold seat that disappears into the floor, the Entourage can haul quite a bit of cargo - much more than a wagon or mid-sized SUV.
